Dr. Ramamoorthy Ayamperumal was awarded a master's degree at Annamalai University (India) and was awarded the Gold Award. He was funded by a Ph.D. Scholar Scholarship from the Ministry of Science and Technology of India. In 2019, he won a Ph.D. degree in Earth Sciences from the University of Madras. The main research interests are geoenvironmental sciences, geochronology, and geochemistry. He received a number of awards from the University of India, such as the G. L. Tandon Award, Professor T. N. Muthuswami Award, Ramasamy Padyatachi Donation Award, and Dr. Lakshmanaswami Mudaliar Award for Young Scientist (International), Best Researcher Award. He has recently published 19 research articles in high-impact factor journals such as Chemosphere, Marine Pollution Bulletin, Environmental Pollution, Environmental Science, and Pollution Research. During his two years of postdoctoral, Ram has published 12 articles, including 5 first authors or communications author papers.
